Mr. Hering completed his law studies at the University of Trier and the Westfälische Wilhelms Universität Münster. He completed his legal traineeship in the district of the Higher Regional Court in Düsseldorf with posts at the German University of Administrative Sciences in Speyer and at the European Commission, Directorate General Competition in Brussels.
