Ms. Schröder headed a hospital legal department for 11 years and handled all the legal concerns of an enterprise with more than 2000 employees.
Thus the primary focuses of her work are issues under labour law, at both an individual and collective level, and also topics under organisational law.
Another major subject of her work are the issues under personnel law in associations with spin-offs and operational changes, in particular negotiations with trades union and Works Councils.
She also has experience in the legal consultancy for, and organisation of, legally admissible cross-disciplinary co-operation in the health sector.
